INTRO TO POWER YOGA is designed for anyone who would like to learn the Basics of Yoga and Power Yoga
4 Sessions, Two Consecutive Weeks:

The Beginner Series is open to those looking to start a yoga practice and for those who want to revisit and refine the basics.
Join like-minded people to:
Learn proper alignment for building strength and stability.
Learn how to use your eyes and breath for improving balance.
Learn how to relax into increased flexibility.
Stretch your mind and re-define what's possible in your life.
This series will prepare you to feel comfortable to take your first Power Yoga class. You will practice yoga in a moderately warm room (85 degrees) to get your body used to practicing in the heat.
