In this workshop you will:
Explore each of the 5 Pillars of Baptiste Yoga
Engage in exercises that create a clear understanding of Ujjayi (breath), Drishti (gaze), Bandha (core/hands/feet), and how these come together to create Tapas (heat), and Vinyasa (flow).
Take this knowledge and understanding into a vigorous vinyasa flow leading into blissful deep rest.

Samuel Robinson is an E-RYT 500-hour Baptiste Certified instructor and a graduate of Baptiste Institute’s Fit To Lead program. He has been teaching yoga and leading many workshops and programs at the Baptiste Yoga Boston studios for the past four years. In addition to teaching locally, he is regularly on the core team of leaders that produce the Baptiste Institute training programs and events.
Samuel has dedicated his life to sharing the study and practice of yoga, meditation and inquiry. This passion led him to create a Baptiste yoga program for inmates at Suffolk County house of corrections- that he has been volunteering and leading for the past few years.
With his infectious kindness and generous presence you can expect to be inspired, challenged and uplifted by his classes and programs that are rigorous, humorous, and heartfelt.
