Mom and Daughter Yoga, Tea and Oils

Reconnect with your mom or daughter during a relaxing yoga class. Then sip some of David’s lovely herbal tea while Katie gives an informative talk on aromatherapy. Each mom and daughter will make their own personal spray mist. At the conclusion at Solstice we will head over to Athleta where there will be more refreshments and a snack and eachdaughter will receive a headband and swag bag. But there’s more…three Athleta items will be raffled off. This is only open to attendees of the Mom and Daughter Yoga, Tea & Oils event at Solstice. Join us !
