Learn and Practice the Foundations of Power Yoga
This Beginner Class is appropriate if you are new to power yoga or want a re-fresher.
90 minutes in a warm room(80-90 degrees)
Learn and practice the basics of power vinyasa yoga. The pace will be slow but continuous so you can learn how to cultivate strength, balance and flexibility in mind and body.
This class will introduce you to the basics of power yoga and give you the tools needed to be comfortable in all levels classes.
