During the training, you will learn how to teach a 60 minute Inferno Hot Pilates Class you will learn Pilates Principles, Sequences, Signature Moves, and How to Become an Effective Instructor. The training is designed to teach anyone who has an open mind, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to make a difference. Regarding physical ability, we ask that everyone who teaches the class, be able to complete a full class regularly and to be able to demonstrate proper form and alignment.
