Busy Moms this one’s for you! Join us for a 60-minute gentle flow non-heated yoga class followed by 60-minute introduction to the basics of essential oils, including safety, quality and energetics. Oils highlighted in class will emphasize grounding and feeling “rooted.” We will end with a guided mediation, incorporating an oil. Oils will be available for purchase at the end of class.
